Outstanding service quality

Quotes

You will generally receive a quote from us on the same day, or – at the very latest – the day after. Please allow us a little extra time during busy periods, e.g. when we’re exhibiting at trade fairs, or when you’ve requested a quote for a custom-manufactured product.

Delivery dates – we keep you informed

Our quote and/or order confirmation states the expected date of dispatch for custom-made products. In virtually all cases, we manage to deliver on time, as per the delivery week stated on the order confirmation. If we complete the product sooner than planned, we will request your authorisation to dispatch it earlier. In the are event that unexpected delays arise, we will contact you directly to discuss the next steps.

Shipment on your behalf

We will be pleased to organise shipment within Europe on your behalf.

Shipping notification and tracking code 
If your product is dispatched via our carrier, you will receive notification of shipping and (in most European countries) tracking details. We also keep track of your delivery so that we can ensure that your goods arrive safely.

Complaints

If something does happen to go wrong, we take customer complaints very seriously and consider these an opportunity to improve the quality of our service. You always deal with the same dedicated member of the JOWI team who will take care of your concerns as quickly as possible.
